Due diligence.

Everyone wants to know what they are getting for their money. Before acquiring a business or selling off individual properties or portfolios, it is important to make careful checks as to what is being bought or sold. In addition to technical and commercial considerations, legal aspects play an important role. Existing contracts with suppliers and customers or rental and lease agreements influence the price and may even prevent a deal. Contaminated sites and planning restrictions can have a similar effect. Our interdisciplinary approach enables us to flag up possible weaknesses and identify solutions, thus minimising the risks.
