Change opens up both opportunities and risks. Any change process needs careful preparation and strong leadership. Yet it must also remain flexible. There are different strategies for implementing change. We work with our clients to identify which approach is most likely to deliver sustainable implementation. We also establish whether the change management process is to be led internally, or by an external party. That decision determines whether we provide support to our clients as change agents or whether we play a facilitating role.
